Led UX design activities delivering Passenger Service System consisting of airline reservations, inventory and a departure control system (DCS) for Flydubai.
Learning complex technical and business requirements from SMEs to create intuitive user-centered design solutions.
Work involved cross-functional collaboration with on-shore and off-shore Executives, Business Analyst, Development and Design Team, translating business requirement to develop enterprise B2B responsive application.

As Is Process
Personal interviews
I conducted interviews with direct and indirect stakeholders that included the customer support team (actual users of the product), SME’s, Business Development Team, Design Team and Executive Team.
Direct observation
In addition to interviewing the people on the ground, I took time to directly observe processes in action, taking notes of the support team using the legacy software.
Surveys
I Sent surveys and questionnaires to process participants to collect formal written responses. Surveys allowed us to ask specific questions that you may not have found answers to from observation or interviews.
Group meetings
Conducting group meeting of relevant stakeholders to outline the processes helped confirm previous findings with process participants.
We met several times to document the process together.
