Role and Responsibilities

  • Developed 50+ unique fruit and flower infused recipes for muffins, cakes, cupcakes and brownies along with Gluten Free, Keto-Friendly alternatives, designed product guidelines and specifications.

  • Designed and developed the website, setup pre-order scheduling pickup-delivery system and POS system for customer payments. 

  • Executed growth hacking strategies to place Flower Kitchen on Top Google 3-Pack Search Ranking for bakeries in Erie. Identified Customer profile through data driven analytics of 100K+ target users and conducted focus groups to gather feedback and improve product; Launched successful Kickstarter campaign and raised $12K in start-up grants.

  • Established revenue streams and processes to fulfill orders: 1. Local Businesses, 2. Local Customers (Pickup/Deliveries), 3. Social Events     4. Nationwide Shipping (in progress) and secured sponsorship to run the storefront and conduct business from Gannon University.

They include layered muffins, cupcakes, cakes, brownies, and trifles.

Flower Kitchen specializes in developing custom signature desserts and offers unique product lines exclusively tailored for its clientele. The specialty services are currently offered to several restaurants and local businesses in Erie carefully crafting desserts for their visitors such as Gluten Free Desserts to Purrista Cat Cafe, Fig Lavender Blueberry Cake to Sheraton Bayfront Grille, Cupcake flights for Lake Shore Country club, South Side Cake for Room 33 (Blind Tiger Spirit Free cocktail Infusion), Brownies, Muffins and Truffles for LUMI Cafe, Fruit infused cupcakes for Victorian Princess and several others.
